As a seasoned physician executive, leadership advisor, and former CEO of a large multispecialty group, Dr. Karen Weiner brings a career-long commitment to understanding the healthcare system, improving care delivery, and empowering clinicians to lead meaningful change from within.
Dr. Weiner has led transformative efforts to reduce clinician burnout, elevate clinical leadership, and align teams around mission-driven care. Recognizing the dire need for thought leadership on how to drive sustainable change in healthcare without undermining workforce well-being, she completed an advanced degree in Organizational Psychology & Change Leadership at Columbia University, with the goal of deepening her ability to support physicians and systems navigating complexity.
Dr. Weiner partners with health systems and physician leaders across the country to build their influence, resilience, and effectiveness in the face of growing demands. Her work includes executive coaching, strategic advising, and facilitation of clinician leadership development programs - all grounded in evidence-based practices that help leaders engage their peers in the work at hand.
